Delivery Information

1 - Shipping policy of GeoInstinct Vietnam Co., Ltd.

Please carefully check the goods, compare products with vouchers, warranty (if any) before receipt. In case you ask your relatives to receive goods, you still need to check carefully before receiving. Upon successful delivery, GeoInstinct Vietnam is only liable for any technical faults caused by the manufacturer (subject to change of purchase / warranty and warranty), all other circumstances will not be the responsibility of we.

We currently have the following forms of delivery:

1. GeoInstinct Vietnam employees deliver goods at customer's business address

With customers in the inner city. Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh City, GeoInstinct Vietnam employees will deliver goods at customer's business address (if customer requests).

In some cases customers order products that need to be installed and have large value and address in remote provinces. Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh City, GeoInstinct Vietnam employees will deliver the goods at customer's business address (if customer requests).

Delivery time depends on product type.

The transportation department will contact you in advance to arrange the time, place specific to delivery to you.

Please directly check the goods immediately when receiving goods from the delivery staff, if there are problems related to type, design, quality, quantity of goods is not the same as in the order, quarter Please advise us immediately to coordinate processing. If you do not have any problems, please feel free to receive the goods and sign the delivery note.

Pick up the goods, sign the delivery note and pay the remaining delivery fee (if any) (including value of cargo + shipping cost (if any) + installation fee (if any) ).

2 - Delivery Staff at Place of Business

For customers in remote districts, if GeoInstinct employees can not deliver goods, GeoInstinct Vietnam will authorize some delivery units such as VNPT, Viettel or some reputable delivery units. other.

When ordering, please complete and correct the required information to facilitate us in the delivery of goods and receive payment quickly. We are not responsible for delays or misplacements as the information provided by you is inaccurate.

Delivery time depends on each product you choose to buy and depending on your choice of express delivery or delivery, this time is only relative.

B - Delivery fee for customers located in districts, provinces far from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh

Customers in the remote districts (not in the city of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City and free shipping) shipping will be informed by the sales staff when transaction.

For bulky or heavy goods from ... kg or more, depending on the location and requirements of customers, sales staff will notify the specific fee when the transaction.

In case you ask GeoInstinct Viet Nam staff directly to install in your Business, we will calculate surcharge (installation fee, ....) on each case when transaction.

In some special cases, you will be asked to pay extra when the installation staff needs to purchase additional non-product accessories (this may not be reflected in the sales invoice).

Note: Shipping costs and surcharges will be more accurate when the salesman reaffirms with you. These fees will be shown on the sales invoice along with the value of the goods.
